What Is Injury Prevention?

We care about athletes and can provide valuable injury prevention tips to help them reduce their injury risk, so they stay on the field and off the treatment tables. In fact, according to the National Athletic Training Association, more than half of youth sports injuries are preventable! That’s why we want you to know how to avoid being part of this statistic.

We encourage all athletes to follow proper exercises to prevent injuries from occurring. We provide our patients with the knowledge and the tools to help prevent them from being another sport injury statistic.
